Will a Longbed Fleetside bed work on a Long Narrow Step? or???
Has anyone ever converted a Long Narrow bed to a Shortbed? This is a 66 C10 Regards |

I'm thinking you are asking if a long fleetside bed with work were there is now a long stepside bed.. If that is the case yes of course it will...

Im plannin on doin almost the same thing, Id like to change my longbed fleetside into a shortbed fleetside, will the wheel wells still line up with the rearend?

mikeymike, a guy did a step by step for shortening his frame in the 67-72 board if your curious

Yeah you need to shorten the frame and get some trailing arms from a shortframe truck...

Mikeymike...if you feel like coming down to Cali Iknow of a shortbed truck for sale probably pretty cheap.. It is half there but all you really need is a frame...
