Ok TIM im taking your idea. The back is soo dang low, I figure instead of being screwed with 5-6" of static front drop, Im just gonna go ahead and bag it. But since im young and on a limited budget. Im gonna have to do this in steps. So... Like tim had the idea. Im gonna get Bags and brackets and just run some shraeders for now, then when money allows, get a tank and a compressor.

Heres a pic of the rear. Its raining so this is the best shot I can get.

The notch works wonders, I jumped on it as hard as I could and couldnt get it to hit (Im only 155lbs, but hey). Now I just gotta fix that break line boo boo and im good to go!

eric had the same idea 2 or 3 weeks ago. and there used to be a bunch of people running that kind of setup when bags first started on the scene. so its nothing new

had the same idea about 1 week ago, but alas, the deal did not come through so i could not purchase what i wanted

Yeah, I know its nothing new. Its just gonna be my buildup of the front. Step by step, as money becomes available.

r0lf what type of rims are those? They look a good bit different the the ones on my nova but still have the basic design.

I tried to upload a pic rather then having to link one but my pc is acting up again and I cant save a picture off my site and upload it. When I try to save pictures it doesnt show them up...but I can upload pics from my floppy with no problem???

We had air shocks on the back of our 66 GTO convertible. Whenever we had a backseat full of kids, we simply aired it up.

All Ive ever known a schrader valve as was the core of a tire stem. Im guessing they are talking about some version of that...corn

Welp, the rims im not too sure about, they were on there when I got it. They were big about 10 years ago im told.

As for air shocks, they were on there before and road like complete and utter garbage, the previous owner liked to put his bike back there. But yeah, schraeder valves will go from the bag and be mounted on the innder fender so I can just goto the gas station and air up if needed. Im gonna try to get the compressor and tank and lines ASAP, bags for the front just seems too awesome.
