location is very important on the big and heavy things like this, where you at? I have the stuff you are looking for but unless you are close shipping is a killer.

Never thought about getting rid of the parts but I have most everything you would need, auto trans still connected to the t-case, cross member, mount for the t case and I think I still have the auto linkages. The drive shaft I have would be for a Blazer. Flywheel is still on the 307 that was hooked to it. I live in Northern Panhandle of WV.

4x4ollie:
You already have the cross member and driveshafts you need for this swap...

They are currently installed in your truck!

You need the th350, adapter, and t-case. You also need an auto steering column and the shifter linkage from the column to the tranny.

Try to get the transfer case shifter with the used parts. I did not and then I had to get a new shifter bolt from the dealer. They were different on the two NP205s I had. However the shifter was the same.

Closely inspect any adapter you buy used for cracks. I've never seen a used one that wasn't cracked. I would also change the grease seals in the adapter and purchase and install a new drive sleeve while you have it apart. The sleeve and seals are what keep tranny fluid in the tranny and gear oil in the transfer case.
