He done goood, ain`t he?I`ve envisioned this for years.I had one for a while.A`67 with all the CST trim,A/C,`71 discs, but rusty 1/4s.Figured with all the work the body needed, why not go all the way.I wanted something to take to Rod Runs.It would have been Pro-Street style.Someone offered me alot of money that I couldn`t refuse.Someday...

I could see building one of those. Very nice. Would you have time to make a version with tinted glass out back instead of a panel?

OK, now you did it. You have me thinking about taking one of the 3 burb shells I have and making it a SWB-burb. This might sit on the back burner, but it sure looks like a perfect burb.

The panel is kewl....hmmmmmm... I have 2 69 panels......hmmmmm..... what would be your attack on such a project? Get a SWB frame and cut center section out of panel? Shorten the panel frame? Just lookin' for enuff input to finish convincing me that this is a good idea!!! lol

hmmmm... sounds like a good idea. What is the difference in wheelbase from the panel to the swb? I believe that the panel is 177" I'll have to check when I get home

Also, IMO, in order for it to keep in proportion, you are going to have to shorten not only the wheelbase but also the overall length of the vehicle too. Basically some from the middle and some off the arse... If not, you will end up with something that looks like an old 60's altered wheelbase funnycar(er.funnypanel)

Try grafting back 1/2 of Blazer 1/4s from center of wheel arch.
