Brake Drum Options-'70 K20
I need front drums for my 70 K20. Is there any sources or do I need to do a swap to a newer front end w/disc brakes. Any ideas? I am new to the site and have probably missed similar posts. Thanks

First off- Welcome to the board.
Second- You'd probably be better off finding a 71 and up front axle and go with disc. I had a similar problem and found a used set of drums on the board here two years ago. But, when these give up the ghost I'm going disc also. You could just swap the knuckles out which would save you from having to pull the axle. You can not swap backing plates it has to be the whole steering knuckle out. The 73 and up fronts have a slightly larger u-joint so that would be preferred.
