Underbed Toolboxes
I have seen a few underbed toolboxes before and wondered what worked best on our trucks. Wouldn't mine having one but wouldn't want one taking up bed space.

If you are talking about the original type, they don't take up any room in the bed, they actualy fit in under the floor and go back to the frame rail or so.
My truck used to have one...now just a huge hole in the side. |

Sorry.. i should of said I didn't want an in bed one because it would take up bed space. I have seen one that mounted down below to the frame somehow. I dunno if there is room for one of these down there though and don't know who I saw had one. It was square but big enough to put a few things in.

the factory type does mount by the frame rail, it is UNDER the bed floor..

What I had seen wasn't in the side of the bed. It was underneath the side of the bed.
