Front Springs question
I have the front suspension disassembled on my 68 and I Have some springs I have had for years off a low milage wrecked 71 . I noticed the coils are much thicker on the 71 and have one more coil trhan 68 but both springs are same height. Should I go with the 71 springs or will they be too stiff.

are you looking for a firmer ride than what you have now?.... if so, try em and see how you like em.... easy enough to change back...

From your description, it seems to me that the heavier springs are going to ride higher. (thicker, and more coils) If you like the way your truck is now why change?
