If you notice the 8 is out of line with the preceding 00. That indicates a roll.... So hmmmmmm... maybe the cluster was taken out of a higher mileage truck, and placed in this 800 mile truck?

its just your run of the mill 67-72, nothing overly spectacular about it, nothing overly wrong with it either. but the 871 mile thing is incorrect. 3 years ago I had a 74 Cheyenne super 3/4 454 with only 40, 000 original miles on it, and you could tell it had 40,000 miles on it, other then some oil leaks from gaskets what were never replaced, it was like driving a brand new 74. I like that 69 its in good shape, just dont like the ad thats behind it, admit it, the truck was repainted, the front clip was taken off rad support repainted, a few of the worn out items replaced. The truck has probably had all its maintence done, a good truck for someone but not 871 miles. thats my only beef

You asked too? He said he would email me it this morning.
I asked him when it was painted to try and trick him into telling me but he said he just bought the truck from someone else. That option sheet proves the repaint, it should have at least a white roof. |

I'm guessing the seller thinks all of the '67-'72 Chevy truck fans are all a bunch of ignorant rubes who haven't a clue what to look for, especially when the seller makes ludicrous claims of "unrestored original" and "it might just be 817 miles", etc. A 307 with a few options. It's nice, but he's on crack, to be quite honest.
