wheelbase on 49 chev pickup?
Does anyone know the wheelbase for a 49 chevy pickup? Were those frames all flat and straight? Did they arc up a little bit over the rear axle? Thanks

They arc over the rear axle abit and the frame was channel i don;t know the wheelbase.
check a websight that sells new frames.

the wheelbase on a shortbed 1/2 ton is 116in

I've been reading alot of posts on the frame swap and wheel base measurements. For the short box ive read the length is 116. May sound stupid but i assume thats center axle to center axle?
