I used to see my response to a private msg I was answering and the topic carried on when replying back and forth.

I have lost that capability. Can someone tell me if the capability is still there and what I need to do to fix it.

I believe it depends on how everyone replies. You have to be sure to leave the Quote instructions on the reply. I tried to set this up so it would show you.
Turn the first and last () into []

I guess that applies in the "private messages" also.

Yes, it does apply, but usually when you hit "reply" in the PM's it will automatically put the quote around everything.

That's your problem, you're supposed to click on reply--not hit it!
