Maroon, burgandy, ? Trucks???

Have seen a nice burgandy Blazer and have had some burgandy sun visors---understand it was like one year only (69?)----does anyone have an original burgandy truck out there and if so, can you post a picture?? Curious

Actually, depends on what shade you are looking at. There was a 69 only color, I don't have the pics of it on hand *her computer has them* but I know TJ's '68 short/step was originally a marroon/burgandy too.
I'll see if I can't get some pics off her computer today when I go over there.

I had a`69 that Burgundy color w/red interior.Wish I still had it.It was a K/10 CustomCamper and had many options including the upper pinstripe and 8x15 rims.Traded it for a`71 K/30(Napco)`cause I wanted a heavier duty truck and the`69 had 3-on-the-tree.

Huck, my 69 was burgundy inside. I dyed the visors black, then got another set. They were a dark red. I painted the interior red and gonna go with black visors, rests, dashpad and carpet. A little contrast!!

Do a board search for vermillion. Its what GM called maroon in 67 and 68, maybe 69 too? You might happen on a few pics

Huck, Here's a 1969. In burgandy/maroon. This is the original factory paint job. truck's been sheded it's entire life so there should be minimal fade. Also, minimal miles at only 9300

My friend has a '68 that I believe has the original paint and I would describe it as burgandy. It has lived outside most of it's life and is several shades darker than the one in John@the pier's picture. I'll try to catch him home and see what is listed on the glove box.
