Need help from six cylinder owners
Trying to figure out what is supposed to be attached where as far as vacuum lines on my carb. Also it appears to have electric something or other on the bottom back (1972 model) and I need to know what wires go where.

I'm far from the best qualified, but will give it a try. Haven't had one of those for over 20 years.
#1 is the vacuum source for the choke bleed #4. #2 goes to the distributor advance. #3 goes to tranny modulator. Can't tell just what #5 is pointing to, could be port for air cleaner motor. The idle control solenoid is what's under #1. Should have a single wire to it that's hot when the ignition's on. It closes the throttle plate when off, an attempt to stop dieseling. Maybe someone else can do better.
