I came across an option sheeet dated 1972 for the Blazer. It gives the codes, weight, and price for all (factory) options available. It has come in handy on a few occasions!

Other than the high back plaid seats what else did the highlander package offer this blazer has original upper trim was that part of the highlander or the cst package

The Highlander Blazer would not have Hi-Back buckets.They would have had parchment interior w/plaid cloth inserts inplace of herringbone on CST buckets.

I think the "CST buckets" were referred to as "high back" in those early years. I read/heard that a couple of times before. If you compare them to the utility buckets you can see were they got that from. The upgrade buckets are "higher".
