Help: tie rod adjustment.
Trying to adjust toe-in on passenger side but when I turn the sleeve, one rod climbs and the other lets out, so the measurement stays the same. Does'nt this mean the rods are both inners or outers?

You got it.... your gonna need to replace whichever one is wrong and also get a new sleeve. (hint to figure out which one, when turning the sleeve counter clockwise, the assembly will get longer (toe out) and clockwise will shorted the assembly (toe in) the one that doesn't follow this pattern is the wrong one...)
