What's a 72 4x4 running gear worth?

My neighbor has 72 1/2 ton 4X4 rolling chassis with, long frame, dana up front, 12 bolt rear (4.10's) np205, 4speed, and steering box. It does not have any drive shafts, engine, or locking hubs. What do you think?

Based on what it sells for around my neck of the woods.
Axles, 75-100 ea [maybe less w/no hubs on frt//more if rear posi]
4sp & 205, 200 - 250 if it has a decent clutch + bell
steering box, 50-75
Frame? Title? maybe 100 if lucky
