oil canister to filter

i need to find the conversion piece to go from the canister to an oil filter for our 283. Anyone have pics or a link to where I can find one?

you got any old 350s laying around ? if so take one off it, i am pretty sure they just unscrew off there been a while sence i changed one around

Nah the one from the 305 won't bolt right up, already tried it I know there is a kit you can buy but can't seem to find it on the web anywhere

Summit racing has them. If you cannot find one, I have an extra one around.

All I could find was a remote oil fiter plate at Summit to mount your oil filter somewhere else. I want to mount it in the stock location

PS: I don't understand Summit not listing the adapter, I bought one from them 6 months ago.
