1969 C-10 short stepside

I'd like to nominate my 69 Short stepside. Owned it for 7.5 years now and drive it year round.

1969 C-10 short stepside

Specs/Highlights:

1975 Impala 350/TH 350 (stock except headers)
15X8 aluminum slots
Hood scoop
mid 70's GMC bench seat
In dash CD player
Floor shifter
Cadillac tilt/telescopic steering
stainless steel bed floor
hand made "frenched in" bowtie tail lights
1970 Ford Grabber blue paint

New parts include; grill surround, F & R chrome bumpers, radiator support, inner fenders, smooth tailgate, front bed panel, rockers, cab corners, floor supports, weatherstripping, dash pad plus a few hundred other little things.

All mechanical and body/paint work performed by myself. Everything new or refurbished. Every nut and bolt has been turned at some point on this one. This is my daily driver and pride and joy and we will grow old together.

Future plans are to add wider rear rims (slots), build a custom hand made floor shifter, custom hand made exhaust tips exiting under the steps, black diamond patterned headliner and much more customizing/detailing under the hood.

I nominate FirstGen. His truck looks sweet especially with the new wheels.

Since I'm only counting four (or even five if you count the non-participant) nominations, and I finally have mine running...self-nomination

1970 GMC C1500, LS1/4L60E. Will have much more info and photos tomorrow, and probably a video or two from the track.

Hey - here are some pics of FirstGen's truck, since he hasn't added any. It's got a 6.0L LT1 in it. More pictures and info are available here:
