Oil Pressure

When I first start up the truck and until its been running for say 10-15 mins the oil pressure will be 3/4 of the way over. If I drive the truck for 20 mins and I am at a light the oil pressure guage is 1/4 to 1/3rd side until I take off and it will sit at around 1/2. Is normal?

That's fine, nothing to worry about.
if you had 5 pounds while spinning 4 grand on the freeway on your way to work, then you'd have something to worry about.

longhorn speaks from experiance

Your psi's sound fine to me.... i'd like to hook my line up to a bigger more accurate guage to check the accuracy of the stock dash gauge

normal as oil warms up the pressure goes down. YOu could check pressure with a master guage just to be sure though.
