LED tail lights

I have got clear lenses on my truck with LED lights. When I use my turn signals and brake lights they don't light up very bright. I was wondering if I need to get a different flasher or if it has something to do with the wiring or fuses? Also, if it is the flasher what kind of flasher should I use to replace it? the LEDs have 11 lights in each (I think). Thanks for your help

Are they the stock replacement type? If so then you don't need a new flasher. LEDs only have a 135 degree viewing angle unlike the 360 degree that the stock bulb has. Bottom line, 11 LEDs are not even close to being as bright as the stock filament bulb. I have 30 LED bulbs in mine and they are just about as bright as stock MAYBE a bit brighter if you look at them straight on.

They look like these ones. The lights are bright enough but they don't get brighter when I brake or use my turn signals. Thanks for your help. I'll just deal with it until I get pulled over and have to buy them from ECE or just buy regular bulbs.

They are probably 1156 bulbs then, what you need are the 1157 that are dual mode. They make them Im sure. The 1156 ones are used for the backup lights, etc, that only have one mode.

They have "electronic flashers" but i have heard they are only used when your turn signals act eratic because led's dont put out enough voltage so your regular flasher thinkgs the bulb is burnt out so it flashes really fast or not at all. I dont think they will help with yout problem. I agree with the above poster who said you probably dont have enough light. My led tl's have 110 bulbs.
