1/2 ton crossmember in 1 ton

Guys can I install a 73-87 1/2 ton crossmember into my 84 dually and just use the dually suspension? The crossmember has tubular arms so will the 1 ton spindles and brakes bolt up to the 1/2 ton arms and crossmember?

That Is A Good Guestion My Opinion Would Be The Croosmember Will Work Fine But The Arms Wont Due To The Diffrent Sizes Of Ball Joints Etc. But Lets See What The Others Say As Well Good Luck As For The Tubular Arms If They Dont Work Can I Buy Them From You?? Or Maybe Swap With You A 1 Ton Crossmember And Arms ???
