Man you should take a drive to Sikeston MO. They build and sell them big time there. I think you can find just about anything you want.

$950. 7,000lb twin axel car hauler flat bed trailer. Will haul any stock truck/blazer 67-72. Has HD Oak floor, elec brakes on one axle. Good tires, tows great---in Ky. If interested, send me your e-mail ID and I will send you pictures. Huck

Theres a trailer builder here in bucks that sounds very reasonable. I'll have to get the places name for you. He quoted my friend's father $1500 for a new open trailer to hual his Z car. I'll get the name tomorrow for you.

Thanks guys but MO and KY are a little too far. Gas is $2.12 a gallon and that would offset any savings.
Mike, that sounds like a good price for a new trailer. Please let me know where and name and phone number.

OK, I bit the bullet and bought a new trailer. I did a lot of looking around. $1200 to $1500 for a used trailer that needed work. In PA you have to have brakes on all 4 wheels. None of them had that. Or they didn't have the break-away system. Or there was no title. Or it was too short, didn't have 80" between the fenders or not enough GVWR's.. The new one had all the requirements and was $1900. It was a 2003 leftover. With a good title. The last one....What would you do???
