I have now heard Speedy Sleeve twice in a day and a half. Never before in 37 years. If you dont mind my asking what is it, how's it work, and where do I get one.
Thanks for all the help

it is a thin sleeve(probabaly 0.010" thick)made to the diameter that you specify,(the area of the yoke that the seal runs on)you simply tap the sleeve on(which covers the damaged area) with the tool provided, then re install the new seal and yoke.you should be able to buy these from any shop that specialises in bearings, seals, etc.i deal with a company called bsc,but i don't know if they are over there?

Take the yoke with you to the parts store so it can be measured, sometimes they do not show an application and have to go by measurement. If you need a yoke what is the spline count? and do you have the flat flange? It will be 30 or 10 spline

Sometimes the seal can be pressed in the housing deeper also, putting the seal ride in a new area.

Well its a 10 spline with the bolt up from behind yoke.
There is a guy here in town that may have one I need to take it to him and see if we can find a match. Honestly I think I will buy a new seal and a Speedi Sleeve and use my own yoke. Other than that nothing else leaks. I redid every gasket and seal in the t-case, trans, front end and rear end. One leak so far isnt too bad. I went in with Synthetic gear lube. All new u joints too. It was soooo worth it what and amazing diference

If you decide to replace the front output shaft, you could use the stronger, 32-spline frt output shaft that accepts more yoke sizes. Just an expensive option to keep in mind.

I may down the road but right now I wanna go wheeling so I am gonna fix my yoke Monday morning. Im gonna pull it off tonight so Im ready. I tell you what synthetic gear lube in everything sure quiets it down and most of the vibes are gone. It was an amazing difference.
