tire size
Just wanting to know what is the biggest tire you can run on an 04 Z71 with the torsion bars turned up without rubbing Thanks.

That all deppends on how much you take it off-road. I would say a 33 would be as big as you could go without any rubbing. Although I have seen a truck with 35s. It had the front cranked to the max, and the rear had a small lift. It still rubbed when the suspension flexed. If you have the resourses to install it yourself, a 3 inch body lift would have the same effect and would be cheaper. In addition the body lift won't adversly affect your ride qaulity like cranking the torsion bars will.

Go with 285/75x16s on 8"wheels.That works out fine.
