Carb vs Carb Question

I have a Rochester 4 barrel, divorced choke, on my 350 that get's 11mpg on the highway. I was given an Edelbrock 1405 manual choke carb. Now for the question, if I were to install the 1405, would it get any better gas mileage than the Rochester? Thanks for any replies.

Only if the Q-Jet is not working right or leaking fuel from the bowl plugs.
