Question door replacement/repair

I have a 69 1/2 ton short bed. My question is about the doors. The top hinge has come apart with the threads inside the door.Does this mean door replacement or can this be repaired?

I think that there is a nut (doubler) plate made out of 1/4" plate on the inside of the door that the bolts thread into. One of the bolts on my son's truck was stripped and we just replaced the hinge bolt with a 3/8 x 24 x 2" bolt with a flat, lock washer and nut inside. Makes adjusting the door hard since you have to have the inside panel off but it worked out OK. I hope your door hasn't cracked out where the nut plate is like my son's did, it was a pain welding the crack shut and grinding it down.
