Hey Longhorn
If you would like to have the longhorn bed sent thru the oven and blasted before you come and get it let me know. You saw the cab I had done and was thinking that maybe you would like the box done. I don't know of anywhere else to get it done the way the guy here dose it so let me know. He charges $3.35 a square ft I think give or take a cent or two. Let me know and I can get a more firm price. This is the price for having it epoxy primed. It is less if you don't want it primed and left in bare metal.

WOW!, not a bad idea at all. If you can get me a good qute that's be awsome. I'll try and figure the square feet of a longhorn bed, but my math pretty much blows. 2+2 does not always = 4 in my world!

OK I will call him tomorrow and see if he can get a firm price. At least you won't have to pay for the floor.

OK I finally got a hold of the guy. It will run around $250 - $350 that's with the bed primed. He is way behind schedule and would be at least a month out or longer. I would have to pull the tail lights and what's left of the bed wood out.

I guess I'll be sanding and primering it myself. It's a good price, but more than my wallet (wife) will let me do.
Thanks anyways. |
