WTB Parking Brake Cable Tension Rod
I need one part so I can install my parking/emergency brake cable. It is a rod coming from the passenger side to keep tension on the cable. I have a 69, but io think it will work of any year. Here's a picture of what i need (found picture on the board).

I needed one for mine not too long ago. I ended up going out and buying a long stainless eye hook and some stainless lock nuts and washers. I opened up the eye end a bit and hooked that to the chassis. I reused the old wire clip and put that on the threaded end of the eyehook with the lock nuts and washers. It ends up looking very similar to the way the front cable hooks up on the other side. Not original, but it worked - in fact, it gives me more tension adjustment range because I can adjust on both sides instead of just one.

From your picture, it looks like your intermediate cable is a lot shorter than mine was. I suppose you might have a hard time finding an eye hook that long... But hey, it's the thought that counts :-)
