anyone know if 72 pickup doors and fenders are the same and work on a 72 burb

The fenders will,but the doors will need work.The truck doors window support is rounded,suburbans are square.You can drill out the spotwelds and switch them.Look at the upper rear corner of the door.That is where it is different.
