It says 73-90 2 or 4 bolt I have never seena "P" at the end. Pass?

yeah the p is below the numbers and its turned the other direction

i did some reading on the site posted above and found another location above the timing chain cover...this is what was stamped...anyone know what it means?

I think that is the date code, could be wrong.

where do i look to find the code that gives the hp and torque specs? is there such a thing? my 327 has a code that told me all that..do the big blocks not have it?
