tweeters placement?
where are you guys mounting your tweeters?

I'm not that far. I do seem to remember a thread where the guy put them in an old set of a/c vents. They looked pretty good.

The best location is somewhere on the upper dash so the sound will bounce off the wind shield. I should have mounted mine there when I had the windshield out, but I didn't. Mine are mounted at the far sides of the front of the dash where the factory AC balls go. When you get them in, and if you have 'Stranglehold by Ted Nugent', play it and if the highs sort of rip thru your head you have them in the right place. Do not hook them up straight, you have to have an inline capacitor, maybe resistor, as a filter to cut out all the other frequencies, mine were built in the wiring. Have fun, Steve

I've seen a guy mount them in functional A/C vents in a new Chevy truck, just food for thought, I don't really have any ideas, I've just got 2 6x9's under the seat in mine.

put mine in the upper corner or the roof next to the visor mount looks and sounds great!

Installed the Rod Doors tweeters that are made into the a-pillar trim. Look nice and sound good.
