Ball joints

Does anyone have a cross reference manual that would list what other vehicles use the same upper / lower ball joints as a 72 2wd 1/2 ton? I can not find anyone who makes poly replacement dust boots for our trucks. I thought I might get lucky and something else may use the same ball joint. I know it's a long shot...

Thanks,
Parrish

The upper ball joints are unique to the 71-72 2wd trucks and no other vehicle uses them. The lower ball joints were used for several years in the trucks, I believe it was from 64 to the early 80's but not sure of the exact years.
