need help with air ride
i think i have decided on this kit from suicide doors along with a set of strong arms.
VIAIR 450 COMPRESSOR · 5-GALLON 8-PORT AIR TANK · 4 GC 3/8" VALVES 250 PSI (DUMPS) · 4 GC 1/2" VALVES 250 PSI (FILLS) · 10 SWITCH BOX "ANY COLOR" · PRESSURE SWITCH · RELAY FOR COMPRESSOR · 2 DUAL NEEDLE 200PSI GAUGES · 1 SINGLE NEEDLE 200 PSI GAUGE · 50' OF 1/2" DOT AIRLINE · 50' OF 1/4" DOT AIRLINE · 4 AIRLIFT GEN 2 BAGS 180 PSI my question is: i spoke with ricky down there and he said that you can get either slam bags or koni tec bags with this kit. or they will give me 200.00 dollars off if i buy my bag some where else. what bags should i get? i'm using them mainly for ajustability. i want about a 4/6 drop that handles really good and rides nice. truck is a 67 short bed and will have 20's. it has and trailing arms for the rear and the front end will have updated parts thanks to a 77 burb crossmember swap, and i am planing on 2 1/2 or 3'' drop spindles. i also plan on using a ccp c-noch and 2 or 3'' blocks in the rear. any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, brandon |

i made a mistake. suiside doors doesn't offer slam specialties. my choices are airlift or coinitech. so should i get slams some where else and pay about 200.00 more total or is either of the choices their giving me equal in all around quality?

They're giving you a $200 discount for ~ $300 worth of bags. Seems like, with all the hooplah about how wonderful suicidedoors is, they'd deduct based on what you would be paying for them... not what they pay for them.
