That's the biggest problem. Most GM pads fit like crap, the aftermarket ones are even worse.

I could care less what color I find. All my interior has been re-dyed so even if I found a maroon pad it probably wouldn't match my interior perfectly anyway....

The dash has no cracks *EXCEPT* on the side that you see when you open the doors.
BTW, how do you keep a good dash from cracking to begin with? Armorall every other day or what?? My other 2wd Blazer has what looks to be a brand new dash pad and I want to keep it looking that way.

post some pics?...i might be interested, if the crack isnt too obvious

i'm thinkin about maybe changin my interior to black instead of red.....maybe

I'll dig it out tommorow. I am in need of some good red door panels, power or not. Maybe we could work something out?

I looked at it last night before I went to bed. There is one crack on the driver side that starts on the side (towards the door) and just makes it to the top of the arc from side to top. It is heading for the holes that would be the speaker holes I think.
You might not ever see it unless the door is open?
After looking at it and reading the other treads about dyeing vs. painting it might be something I should hold on to. I have a few projects at the moment.
When I sell my 82 2wd Blazer it might be worth putting it in there to help seal the deal as the red dash pad in there is pretty wasted.

How do you keep them from cracking?????

Has anyone looked into Just Dashes to cover a OEM Dash?
