Question Torque for ramhorn bolts

anyone know the Torque for the bolts on the ramhorns? 72/350 i have all new bolts, gaskets, goop, ready to go. just need the Torque! anyone?

My manual says 20 lb-ft, with a note saying 30 lb-ft for the inside bolts.
