Heres a set of Upper A-Arms. The ball joints are still there and solid, but while they are out, you might replace them. They are 200 for the pair in LMC, nothing bent here and they are half price. 100 for the pair or 50 a piece. These are easy to ship, so it should be cheap. Below are a couple pics of them.

What year and model truck did the come out of?

How do I tell for positive, I believe they are off from a 69 1/2 ton. The ball joints should be the only things that change between the years.
