Can anyone ID this shroud?

It came out of my 69 C10 but is different than some others I've seen. I THINK the truck was originally a 6 cylinder but had a 350 in it when I bought it.

Anyone know?

The metal Part is a 6-cly. the plastic part looks like it may bave been scavenged from a car???
