anyone need a 400 short block

i need to clean up some things around here so i got a 400sbc that i pulled from a 78 blazer.its just block crank and pistons still together $100 or best offer pick up here centralia mo or you make the shipping plans will put on pallet and take to columbia mo for a extra $20.

I am gonna have to pass. my dad isn't able to pick it up and my Monte Carlo broke down yesterday. So the money is going to get it fixed again.

I sure wish u wanted a 350 4bolt main and was closer I would love to have the motor
do u need any parts or any thing I just got a new job and if u still have it in a few
weeks I will be glad to get it if we cant work out something else

do you still have the engine? is it standard bore, standard crank or has it been bored and the crank turned. i live in lebanon so i could come and pick it up pretty easy i go to columbia quite a bit. let me know i would be interested if its standard.

yup i still got it. bore well i dont see an oversize stamped on the piston and i have no idea what stock is the oil pan is still on it so i dont know about the crank. ill pull the pan and see about the crank. what is stock bore?

stock bore should be 4.125"

let me know when you find out what the crank is. im interested in it. pull a rod and a main cap and look on the underside of the bearing for the undersize of the crank. just in case you didnt know. should be something like .010 or .020 something like that thanks.

$100 is the lowest price now as i seen bare blocks on ebay going for 200 if its not worht 100 ill send it to the iron pile.

What is all included, short block or long block, did it run when taken out. Any heads on it??? Sorry if I duplicated a ?

its block crank pistons rods and balancer it ran but had a noise in the lower end no heads i need them for my other 400.
