Chevy/GMC Front Fenders

I'm confused about the 67-72 Chevy Front fenders and the 67-72 GMC fenders.
I have a fender of a 67 Chevy and I'm looking at the fender that came on this truck and there is a difference.
Please help me identify the difference in these fenders. I thought the 67-72 Chevy and GMC were all the same......There is a difference in the front lines of the fenders.
My question is what year did they change the GMC and Chevy front fenders?
Thank you!

So, is there a slight difference in the 69-72 Chevy over the 67-68 (other that the side light)?

Thats the difference, the front lines of the 67-68 chevys, to allow for the different grills on the 67-68's
