rear end id

I know ive seen it on here a hundred times but cant find what im looking for. I have a 12 bolt with the #s on the right side of the chunk when you look at it from the back. Its the only # I could find on the outside it reads

67890
12345

the ring gear has these #s 3817778 11:41 gm 5-70 1
I was able to determine that its a 373 but was wondering if this is the Eaton or Dana or what. What does the 5-70 1 mean? Thanks.

It is a GM corporate 12 bolt. It is not an "Eaton" or a Dana axle. 5-70 is a date code, I would assume May, 1970.
