Unhappy Gas tank float

Need your help all. My float in my gas tank is shot I got a 1970 and my float has a pinhole leak in it Ive tried to seal it but it only lasts for a few days then fills up with gas again. I was wondering if anyone out there had a spare float that they would be willing to part with. Thanks
Tim

I had the exact same problem. Float was full of gas, w/ a pinhole. JBwelded the hole and let it dry really well. After 6 years it still works fine!

You can wish in one hand and crap in the other.
See which one gets filled first.
