factory bucket seats in now..pics

I saw a set of those buckets in the boneyard a couple days ago, but the drivers side seat track was busted and the top portion of the seat was bent backyards probably from leaning on it getting in and out. The passenger side had a fixed bracket. Otherwise they were in really good shape and the passenger side didn't even have a rip in it.

Can you find seat tracks and is the passenger side supposed to be fixed?

Yes, pass side does not move.

Maybe the driver side is bent backwards from a rear end collision. Thats what happened to me one time when a driver hit me in the rear. The bucket seat I was sitting in was bent back from the impact. But this was in a car. A '57 Chevy. Back in (I think) 1971.

It's a Pick-N-Pull kind of deal. Any seat 19.99, any engine 179.99.......etc.

I heard the truck buckets are different then Blazer is that true, cause these bucktes are out of a 73 truck.

Man, those are great prices. Yes, you shold have gotton the seats by all means. $19.99? That really kills me. That is a lot cheaper than $20.00. But a great price for seats. Wish we had that here.

Well I guess living in Mexifornia does have it's benefits. I'd call them up but nobody speaks English it aint like the old school junkyards you have back east with Hollander interchange and a knowledgeable staff. This is the new age.

It does hurt having to pass up complete 454 on half price day......casue I got too many BBC in the garage! In fact both the engine in my Chevelle and 74 3/4 came from Pick-N-Pull!

Think I'll go put some 3$ plus gas in my truck and drive over there.

The seats themselves are the same, it is the brackets that are different. The pickup brackets are pretty desireable and bring more money than brackets for Blazers or Burbs, mainly because buckets in a pickup are pretty uncommon.

Thanks that what I needed to know! So I can get the seats but I'll have a hard time finding another bracket.
