Soft Top for 1971 Jimmy
Does anyone know a good place to order a soft top for my 1971 GMC jimmy? Also, I am wondering if anyone has found a good replacement for the 15 bolts that i have to put in everytime I put the hard top back on? THanks...

Read this post, it'll give you some ideas on soft tops. Welcome to the board.
http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s....php3?t=164982 As far as the bolts for the hard top, I think most folks just buy'em at there local hardware store, if that's what your asking. If your asking if anyone has come up with a genius idea that replaces the bolts with some other mechanism, nope, not that I ever seen. But who knows, there are many talented folks on this board maybe someone else will chime in.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I have found the top. I am looking at the FastTrac at www.specialtytopco.com. I would hate to wreck the hard top. It is so hard to find one in good shape.
