My ride

Just click my avator, & you can grab the image, if you need a 68 C-10 short-bed stepside, with fender-mount spare. Pretty much all stock-appearing, except later ralley wheels.

This pic is perfect, it demonstrates that this truck needs a lot of your stuff.

50th Anniv? Hmmm.. don't really know anything about that... I know it has buckets, and a bare column, that's about all I know about the truck, other than it's a 68 longbed.

Jim...those buckets really stink! They can kill your back, attact mice and will result in an ugly divorce and lots of bad luck. Send them to me, immediately, and I will send you a good 50th anniversay bench seat! Welcome from sunny Seattle! Check the glove box and it will say 551 paint code which was the 50th Anniversary package for Chevy trucks. Very cool option, I think.

Pics inside and out. Need some better outside pictures, but ...

Should be posting pictures of the LS1 bolted up into it today. Just gotta get the intake off, get the bolts for the tranny xmember and put it all together.

My paint code says 4551AA gold/white

The buckets are mine!!! There's no tears or anything in them, but someone tried to dye or paint them black, and it's coming off.

And looking at the column, it appears it was a 3 on the tree originally. THe shift lever is gone, but the sleeve is there.
