Al...let me tell you...that big cad did rock! I just wish I had better gears so all that torque would be used instead of wasted reving.
Maybe I am in denial...but at least I am happy while in denial.

Yeah Rick...what do you need to know? If Andy can't help you, I might be able to answer your questions.

Is she a member or just like to read whats on here? Well, at least everyone is calling her a hottie. She is cute. In case she is reading this-I will just say HI! Oh yel, "Longhorn man is in love with you". Kidding. But we do know you think she is a "Hottie".

That Caddy will love the chit out of a mid 3's gear in your longhorn! I have tasted the bigblock, a stock 425 cad,& a warmed up 461 Olds.....I still shiver when i think about that Olds tho. I had a 500 Cad that was a "builder", & got a little spooked on the price! I have thought about a "fuelie" for the old longhorn, but the bottom line is the BIG inch mills really run. Im not talkin 1/4mi times, im talkin big tork, a tall gear, the open road........& 1 freakin smooth ride both of my "generic big blocks" pulled a 3.40 gear, as does my 383 after the gas went up. i have run many combo's in my old 69 , in the last 20yrs......& the big blocks are the best crazy AL
