drop blocks

probebly a stupid question....but how do they work?....for the back i mean for a leaf truck....any pics of a blocked rear would be helpful..I am just curious before i buy em....are they hard to put in .THANKS ALL

when the axle is on the top of the springs, they just go between the axle and spring and raise the axle up which lowers your truck.
