short or long water pump??

All original 71 3/4ton long bed, A/C, P/S 350/th350 do I have a short or long water pump? Starting a rebuild and am gathering parts. Thanks!!!

thanks, i know you can read the timing marks from the side, on my 84 K5 Blazer to read the timing marks you have to look down at the 12 o'clock position between the timing chain cover and the water pump, i believe that is considered the long pump.

Should be a short pump. If you can put your hand between the pump and the timing cover its long, if not its short.
