Is there information posted somewhere on the board about the scales being added on all the posts and our reputation rating? Just noticed this this morning and what about the little green light beside our post count?

It's a "Reputation" deal. Kind of like ebay's feedback. If done right (it's been abused before) the more good deals a person has had the better the reputation.
