factory aux. tank
any interest in a factory optional auxilliary tank from a 72 3/4 ton?? complete with bed bolts, filler neck and vent, sender, and inside bed wall cover.....$75.00 + the ride....let me know and i'll get pics up tomorrow

I'm kinda curious what those look like myself. I believe by truck had some type of aux tanks in it at some point.

Tank looks like it's in good shape. Does it come with the factory retaining nuts for the bolts. If so, do you have a pic you can post or e-mail.

Hey midstate, sorry for the delay in responding, too much work and not enogh play. I don't have a pic of the original retainers/nuts for the bolts. They are about as round as a golf ball or maybe a little wider, kind of hump up to the center (like a smoothy hub cap) and has a square hole in the center just about the size of a 3/8" socket drive. I hope I didn't just confuse the sh!t out of you, but that's the best description I can think of at 2:30 in the AM. Let me know when you get a chance if you find them.
