What are a good brand of shocks FOr a 1978 gmc k30. I would like to spend 30-50 dollars a shock

I've heard a lot of good things about KYB. Although, I think that a shock is a shock, but I'm a really simple kinda guy.

Is your truck stock height or lowered? KYB & Monroe are good shocks for a stock vehicle and are affordable. If you're lowered, Doetsch Tech shocks are great for the price.
