66 frame? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 66 project stepside whose VIN and frame numbers do not match. The VIN gives the correct info on a VIN decoder, but the frame number is a mystery:
J136754
Anybody know of a source for identifying this frame? I'm having issues with radiator mounting, crossmember etc. and would like to identify (The engine/trans are later model 350 transplants and the rear end has a WA code, indicating a '64, but don't know if that's original either)
